Pomegranate Raita/Madhulai Thayir Pachadi


Pomegranate Raita/Madhulai Thayir Pachadi
Ingredients:
2 cups of pomegranate seeds
1 cup of finely chopped onions
2 cups of fresh thick curd
Salt as required
For tempering:
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dhal
For garnishing:
finely chopped coriander leaves
Method:
  1. Mix the pomegranate seeds and chopped onions into the curd.Addrequired salt and mix.
  2. Temper with mustard seeds and urad dhal.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
